Trust is our foundation
Members hand us their most personal hopes. We treat their data, their privacy, and their time as a sacred trust, never a growth metric.
Marriage Upon the Sunnah
We're a small, sincere team building the platform that helps practising Muslims find righteous, lasting marriages, with modesty, family involvement, and adab at its heart. Come do the best, most meaningful work of your life.
These aren't poster words. They're the tie-breakers we use when a decision is hard: how we treat members, each other, and the trust placed in us.
Members hand us their most personal hopes. We treat their data, their privacy, and their time as a sacred trust, never a growth metric.
We build as though Allah is watching, because He is. The 2px, the empty state, the edge case: we finish what others leave rough.
We're here to help Muslims marry upon the Sunnah, not to chase vanity numbers. The niyyah behind the work shapes the work.
How we treat one another matters as much as what we ship. We assume the best, disagree with respect, and lower our wing to each other.
Good ideas can come from anyone. We consult openly, commit fully, and give one another honest, kind counsel (nasihah).
Every role here serves families we may never meet. We measure success in blessed marriages, not only in features shipped.
We keep the perks honest and the pace humane: the things that actually help you build well and live well.
You'll work alongside sincere people from many walks of life, brought together by one mission and a shared standard of adab.
Prayer times and Jumu'ah come first. An async culture means the work flexes around your worship.
A yearly stipend for courses, books, and conferences, covering both worldly skills and beneficial knowledge.
Few jobs let you build something with barakah. Here, your work helps people complete half their deen.
Generous, genuinely-taken leave, plus Eid holidays. A sustainable pace over heroic burnout.
A lean, senior team, the latest stack, and the autonomy to own your work end-to-end.
3 open roles across the team. Filter by area, then open a role to see the details and apply.
Telling our story with honesty, and reaching the families who need us.
Walking with members, with empathy and adab, at every step.
Be the caring, trustworthy first point of contact for members on their journey to marriage.
Support couples and individuals with grounded, compassionate pre- and post-Nikah counselling.
No endless rounds, no trick questions. We move thoughtfully and respect your time at every step, insha'Allah.
Send us your CV or portfolio and a short note on why this mission resonates with you. No cover-letter theatre.
A relaxed 30-minute call to get to know each other: your story, your values, and what you're looking for.
A practical conversation or a small, respectful take-home focused on the real work, never busywork.
Meet the people you'll work with. We talk through how we build, decide, and support one another.
If it's a fit both ways, we make an offer and welcome you aboard with a considered onboarding.
For most roles, yes. You'll be building a product rooted in Islamic values, and alignment with the mission matters deeply. A small number of technical or advisory roles may be open to those who genuinely respect and can serve the mission; where that's the case, the role listing will say so.
Usually four steps: an intro conversation, a practical craft deep-dive, a meet-the-team round, and an offer, insha'Allah. We aim to be respectful of your time throughout.
Absolutely. If you believe in what we're building and think you'd add something, reach out. We'd rather meet great people early than miss them.
Some roles do. You'll see the type on each listing. We're open to sincere contributors in different capacities, especially for content and advisory work.
Open any role and use the Apply button — fill in your details, attach your CV (PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB), and add a short note, all right on this page. We review every application and reply by email, insha'Allah. Don't see a role that fits? Use "Join our talent network" at the bottom of the page.
If you believe in helping Muslims marry upon the Sunnah and think you'd add something to the team, reach out. Sincere people are always worth meeting.
