Nikah Sunnah is a marriage-focused platform designed to facilitate introductions between Muslims seeking marriage in a manner consistent with Islamic values and principles.

2. Eligibility

To use Nikah Sunnah, you must:

  • Be a Muslim seeking marriage with sincere intent.
  • Be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
  • Use the platform solely for lawful and marriage-related purposes.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user who does not meet our eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Update your information when necessary.
  • Not create multiple accounts without permission.
  • Not impersonate another person or provide misleading information.

4. User Conduct & Islamic Etiquette

Users are expected to interact with honesty, respect, dignity, and good character. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, abuse, or intimidation.
  • Sending inappropriate, offensive, or indecent content.
  • Misrepresentation of personal, marital, educational, religious, or professional information.
  • Solicitation, marketing, fundraising, or commercial activities.
  • Using the platform for friendships, dating, casual relationships, or purposes unrelated to marriage.
  • Sharing another user’s personal information without consent.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Family & Guardian Involvement

Nikah Sunnah encourages appropriate family and guardian involvement throughout the marriage process.

Where applicable, users may be asked to provide guardian or family contact information to facilitate a transparent and respectful introduction process.

6. Profile Verification & Vetting

Nikah Sunnah may review, verify, or vet profiles before approval. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information or supporting documentation.
  • Verify information provided by users.
  • Approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles at our sole discretion.
  • Registration does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Users must respect the privacy of others. You agree not to:

  • Download, reproduce, or distribute profile information without permission.
  • Share private conversations, photos, or personal information obtained through the platform.
  • Use information obtained through Nikah Sunnah for any purpose other than evaluating a potential marriage.

8. Photos & Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Nikah Sunnah permission to display and process such content for the purpose of operating the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that:

  • Violates Islamic values or community standards.
  • Is misleading or inaccurate.
  • Is offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful.

9. No Guarantee of Marriage

Nikah Sunnah facilitates introductions between individuals seeking marriage. We do not guarantee:

  • Matches.
  • Responses from other users.
  • Compatibility.
  • Successful marriage outcomes.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before proceeding with any marriage decision.

10. Safety & Due Diligence

While we take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity of the platform, users are responsible for independently verifying information and exercising sound judgment.

Nikah Sunnah shall not be liable for any decisions, interactions, or outcomes arising from introductions made through the platform.

11. Subscription & Payments

Where paid services are offered, users agree to the pricing, billing terms, and refund policies published at the time of purchase.

Fees paid for services already rendered may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if:

  • False information is provided.
  • These Terms are violated.
  • A user engages in inappropriate conduct.
  • Continued access is deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nikah Sunnah provides a platform for introductions and communication between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikah Sunnah, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
