Religious Information: Aqeedah, Manhaj, level of practice, and commitment to the Sunnah.
Wali Information: For sisters, we collect contact details for their Wali (guardian) as per the Prophetic requirement for Nikah.
Vetting Data: Information provided during our manual vetting process to ensure sincerity and alignment.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use nikahsunnah.com and the public pages of app.nikahsunnah.com, such as sign-in. Google Analytics is on by default and we do not show a cookie banner. We use it only to measure and improve the site, never for advertising. If you declined our cookie banner in the past, that choice is still respected.

You can control these cookies in your browser. Google Analytics stores its cookies under names starting with _ga, set as our own (first-party) cookies, so blocking only third-party cookies does not stop it. Instead, delete them or block cookies for nikahsunnah.com in your browser’s settings:

Google also offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every website you visit. Private or incognito browsing deletes these cookies when you close the window. Blocking all cookies may stop you from signing in to your account.

To decide whether to show a cookie banner in your country, our server also stores a small cookie on each visit that holds no identifier and expires after a day.

Separately, we keep our own count of visits that uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. When a page loads, our server turns your IP address and browser type into a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you; we do not store your IP address or browser details. This tells us how many people visit and which pages or links bring them, whatever your cookie choice. If you then create an account, we record which of our websites or apps you signed up on and which link or website brought you that day, so we can understand how people find us.

10. Children’s Privacy

Nikah Sunnah is intended only for individuals who are legally eligible for marriage and permitted to use online services under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
